Kingshot Guide is an independent, fan-made resource for the mobile game Kingshot. It provides written guides, calculators, databases and coordination tools for players. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the game's developer or publisher. See section 13.

Some parts of the Service are free and do not require an account. Other parts — including saved pages, alliance and KvK tools, and the Pro membership — require an account and, for Pro features, a paid subscription.

• Browsing: the Service is general-audience content and is not directed to children under 13.
• Accounts: you must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Paid subscriptions: you must be at least 18 years old, or have verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian, to purchase a subscription.
• If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you may use a paid subscription only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• We ask users to confirm they are at least 13 before signing in, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. See the privacy policy.

Accounts are created through Google Sign-In. We receive your name, email address, profile image and a Google account identifier. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@kingshotguide.org if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You may not create an account on behalf of someone else, misrepresent your age, or use the Service if you have previously been removed for violating these Terms.

Free access is supported by advertising. Pro membership removes advertising and unlocks additional tools and features as described on the pricing page. Feature lists on the pricing page form part of these Terms. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove a material Pro feature, you may cancel and request a refund for the unused portion of your current billing period (see section 9).

• Plan and price: Kingshot Guide Pro is $9.00 (USD) per month, billed monthly in advance.
• What you are charged: the price shown at checkout is the total you are charged. Where we are required to collect tax (for example VAT for consumers in the EU or UK), the $9.00 price includes that tax unless the checkout page states otherwise.
• Payment processor: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. Your use of Stripe's services is also subject to Stripe's terms.
• Billing period: your subscription starts when payment is confirmed and continues for successive one-month periods.
• No minimum term: there is no minimum contract period beyond the current billing period.

Your subscription renews automatically each month at $9.00 until you cancel. We will charge your payment method at the start of each renewal period. Renewal charges are the same price as your current plan unless we have notified you of a price change under section 10.

We do not send a reminder before each monthly renewal. If we later introduce annual plans or free trials longer than 31 days, we will send the reminders required by applicable law.

You can cancel at any time:

• In your account: sign in, open Account → Manage subscription, and choose Cancel subscription. This is the fastest method and works without contacting us.
• By email: write to support@kingshotguide.org from the email address associated with your account.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep Pro access until then, and you will not be charged again. We will confirm your cancellation on the account page, and you may request written confirmation by email.

Cancelling does not by itself entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, except as described in section 9.

Refunds on request. If you are dissatisfied, contact support@kingshotguide.org and tell us what happened. We review refund requests individually and, where a refund is appropriate, return it to your original payment method.

EU/UK consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of the day the contract was concluded, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email support@kingshotguide.org within those 14 days, stating that you wish to withdraw. We will refund all payments received from you within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method you used. If you asked us to begin providing the Service immediately, this does not affect your right to withdraw within the 14-day period.

Statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that apply where you live.

We may change the subscription price. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or by a prominent notice in your account before a price change takes effect. The new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the new price takes effect, and you will continue to have access until the end of the period you already paid for.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes, or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Service except as permitted by our robots.txt or with our written permission;
• attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to access, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service;
• upload malicious code, spam, or content that is defamatory, harassing or infringes intellectual property;
• resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our written permission;
• misrepresent your identity or age, or create accounts to evade a suspension.

We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations.

Some tools let you enter information — for example alliance rosters, player names and IDs, event schedules and layout plans — and generate share links. You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely to operate the features you use, including displaying it to people you share a link with.

Data about other players. If you enter information about other players, you confirm that you have a lawful basis to do so (for example, that the information is publicly visible in the game or that you have their permission), and that you will not use the tools to harass or dox anyone. You are responsible for that content. We will remove content on a valid request from the person concerned.

Do not submit sensitive personal information (such as passwords, payment details, home addresses or government identifiers) into any tool. Share links are accessible to anyone who has the link; do not share links containing information you do not want disclosed.

The Service's original text, layout, calculators and code are owned by Mo Zhenhua (莫镇华) or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may read, link to and print pages for personal, non-commercial use, and you may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link.

Kingshot Guide is an independent, fan-made resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Kingshot game, its developer or its publisher. All product names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and descriptive purposes.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact support@kingshotguide.org. We will review and, where appropriate, remove or update the content.

The Service uses third-party providers for sign-in (Google), payments (Stripe), hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare) and advertising (Google AdSense). It also links to third-party sites and embeds community resources. We do not control third-party sites, and their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service, including free features, at any time. If we discontinue the paid Service entirely, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Game data, drop rates, event schedules and calculator results are compiled from community sources and in-game observation and may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. Guides and calculators are informational tools, not guarantees of in-game results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $50 USD.

Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Consumers in the EU/UK keep the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time under section 8. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Where termination is not caused by your breach, we will refund any unused prepaid amount.

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice in your account at least 30 days before the changes take effect, and we will update the “Last updated” date. Changes do not apply retroactively. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the changes take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dongguan, Guangdong, China, except that:

• consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence; and
• either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect intellectual property or prevent misuse of the Service.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support@kingshotguide.org so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
