Data requests

Last updated 25 October 2026

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. This page explains how it works, how long it takes, and what we have to keep.

Get a copy of your data

If you are signed in, you can download your data immediately from your account page. The download is a JSON file containing your profile, subscription and consent records, saved pages, calculator plans and the alliance or KvK resources you created.

Not signed in, or want data from a deleted account? Email support@kingshotguide.org and we will send the same export.

Delete your account

Email support@kingshotguide.org from the address linked to your Google account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We reply within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

When we delete your account, we:

  • remove your saved pages, calculator plans and personal tool data;
  • detach you from shared battle and rally records, so other players keep their own data;
  • replace your name, email and profile picture with an anonymous placeholder;
  • cancel any active subscription so you are not charged again (we can confirm the exact end date).

If you own an alliance workspace, event series or battle registry that other players use, tell us whether you want those removed or handed over. We will confirm what will be deleted before we act.

What we must keep

Some records have to stay for legal and accounting reasons, even after deletion:

  • Billing records — 7 years after the transaction, for tax and accounting.
  • Subscription consent records — 3 years after the subscription ends, to show the renewal terms you agreed to.
  • Age confirmation — kept as evidence that the age screen was shown.

These records are linked to a pseudonymous account id, not to your name or email, once the deletion is complete.

Timelines and identity checks

We may ask you to reply from the email on your account, or to confirm a recent sign-in, before acting. We do not charge for these requests. If we need more time (for example when shared alliance data is involved), we tell you within the first 30 days and give a date for completion.

If you are in the EU/UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority; in California you can contact the California Privacy Protection Agency. More detail is in our privacy policy.
